HOUSE RULES
Maintain an active relationship with a sponsor.
Be working the 12 steps or a program based on self-improvement.
Attending meetings (4/week if working, 5/week if not working). Signed meeting slips are mandatory. Therapy and Church are also acceptable avenues for self improvement.
Stay sober. Drug tests may be conducted at any time.
Attend the mandatory house meeting every Sunday at 10:00am.
Complete your chore every day and record your time on the main white board.
Be home on-time every night.
- Weekends: Fri & Sat. (1:00am)
- Weekdays: Sun -Thur (11:00pm)
- First 2 weeks of residency: (10:00pm)
Residents are allowed two overnight stays a week, after their first two weeks. If they are in good standing in the home i.e. been following all the rules.
Clean your room/space every day. Bed needs to be made, Floor vacuumed, Dressers organized, No trash or dirty clothes on the floor.
Dirty dishes must be cleaned immediately.
Clean up after yourself.
Be always Respectful (threats, personal attacks, and aggressive behavior of any kind will not to tolerated )
If something is not yours, do not take it, use it, borrow it, or move it. If you have questions, ask Management or Senior Resident. ( Stealing will result in immediate eviction)
Packages are not to be received by clients. Mail is received in a locked mailbox and Management will hand out mail when it arrives.
Take a shower every day and wear clean clothing. Respect yourself, and those around you.
Park responsibly. Make room for others.
Break down all boxes and crush containers before recycling.
No items are to be placed on top of fridges or the dining room cabinets.
No guests in the bedrooms. You are allowed to have guests at the home until 10 pm on weekdays, and 12 am on weekends.
